Marcie L. Foster was born and raised in Cherokee County, Alabama and currently resides in Leesburg, Alabama.
Marcie completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is a graduate of Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2004.
In November 2012, Marcie was elected as Cherokee County Commissioner representing District 3.
